Well, I neither saw Julia nor worked on demos. I was bone-tired and could barely keep my eyes open past 10:00 PM.

I tried the EMT technique...and then introduced it in class this morning as a kind of meditative tool. I'm still exploring this.... I think it could be a good way to ground oneself when meditating.

Looked all over the Slope today for a copy of the Red House Painter's Old Ramon, to no avail. Bought a promo copy of Creeper Lagoon's Take Back the Universe and Give Me Yesterday instead, and it's got some fine moments. It's a big leap forward from the one before it.
