Went shopping at midnight for turkey and trimmings. It was fun--we almost got our turkey for free from the frustrated clerk who couldn't scan the price after 10, 15, 20 tries.

Noticed that The Smoking Gun website has taken a little break from their usual sniping and reported something kind of heart-warming about my good friend Bruce Springsteen.

Last night was my first meeting with my yoga mentoree (protagee?). She observed my class, and next week will do hands-on corrections. Eventually she'll teach some portion of my class. It should be interesting to witness the development.
