If I had a make-your-own-salad place I'd call it You Made Your Salad, Now Lie In It! I'm on the record as not being a fan of Michael Moore, but when I hear people say that his Oscar speech was inappropriate or self-defeating, I have to defend him. He made good use of his 45 seconds. He was being inappropriate because it's his dharma, his life path, to be inappropriate. He was the quintessential Michael Moore. It doesn't mean I like him or even agree with him, but I wouldn't change him. Raspberry vinaigrette--what a surprising sensation in the mouth!previous entry
