Today Monkey had a car accident (he wasn't hurt, and it was a one-car accident, but the Suburu is hors de combat for awhile), and then our cellar flooded again...and yet it was still a really good day. I love waking up to rain.

I spent about two hours teaching meditation and stretches today to a woman with lupus. Her energy level was remarkably high but she was in some pain. I really liked her spirit and verve... We talked about how to befriend the body even as it's betraying you...

We have arrived at a name for our foster dog...now I have to come up with a suitable pseudonym for him!
