We had a little trauma this morning: Coney ran out into the street and got hit by a car. Miraculously, he walked away with just a couple of minor scrapes. We took him to the 24-hour emergency vet just a short drive away, and he got x-rayed and examined and given a clean bill of health.
He's scared and chastened, though. So today's agenda is simply snuggling with the pooch in bed, letting him get over the horrible experience he lived through.
