The stoop sale was surprisingly fun and lucrative. After expenses ($5.00 for hangers and a clothesline, which we can re-use), we made over $100! One of our neighbors divested us of all the CDs we had for sale--and we'll probably get to visit the CDs again on Fifth Ave, as I suspect he's going to sell them on a blanket like the other fellas do.

JoyBoy biked over and gave me a little Quark tutorial, and then we all went to see Signs. Sign: DANGER: REALLY STUPID MOVIE AHEAD. Man, M. Night Shyamalan has slipped. I enjoyed Sixth Sense and Unbreakable--they were clever and even uplifting. A touch of the metaphysical never hurts a scary movie...but this was just a wet film about li'l green men from space....
